Burnage Memory Bank Contribution Policy

In submitting an item to the Burnage Memory Bank (text, image, photograph, sound or video recording), you affirm that the contributed item(s) is original to you, or that you have permission from the copyright holder for the material to be displayed by the Burnage Memory Bank.

You ensure that you have the consent of any individuals who are identifiable from any of your submitted items.

You allow the Burnage Memory Bank permission to use and present the material in any way we deem suitable, and that your submissions may be reproduced for projects other than the Memory Bank website (such as display boards placed around community facilities in Burnage) for the duration of the programme.

We reserve the right to not publish any items which are of an offensive or defamatory nature, and that submitting an item using the website does not guarantee that it will be published.
