Description
A photograph album compiled and annotated by Bevan Taylor, showing images of St. Nicholas' Church. Included are several images from a 'Christingle Service' from 20 Dec 1972, a photograph from the 'Christmas Fayre' on Burnage Station from 1983, five images from a Whit Sunday Procession of Witness (presumed 1950s), a photograph from the 25th anniversary of the parish.
Also shows a Sunday service from 1978, an image of Kingsway from [1932?], 'Clergy Past and Present' showing all the rectors up until 1978, an page on Hazel Carter, the 'first product of this Sunday school as a lady to be ordained Priest in the Church of England, a pilgrimage to Walsingham in 1994 with St. Catherine's R.C., photographs of parishioners redecorating the Parish Hall in 1994 and a flyer from the 1997 'Autumn Fayre'.
